This bandana is so very over-the -top beautiful that my puppy will only be wearing it on special occasions. It’s obviously crafted with great care. I’m addition, Lara provided the best customer service that has made me a lifelong customer. The package was wrapped beautifully including a hand written note making it a joy to open. She makes sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase- going as far as to mail me a different size so I could make sure the fit was correct. In addition, this was at no extra costs to me for the shipping. Honestly, Lara deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Lara and Waglane have been an amazing experience. Not only is she producing high quality items, you can tell she carefully chooses the material she works with. The bandana was made with thick and heavy fabric, which I can tell will last the test of time! Not only does she produce quality items, but her customer service is beyond what you would expect. She will make sure she goes above and beyond from the moment you place an order with her. She asked for my pups measurements to ensure it was the right fit, and when I did not see her message the first time she made sure to follow up with me. When it came to shipping our item, she made sure we got it just in time for our holiday pictures, even offering expedited shipping. TRULY an amazing experience, can’t recommend her enough, and will most definitely be purchasing again.
