Some journeys begin with a dream. Ours began with a diagnosis.
When I was diagnosed with a rare brain disease that causes a 24/7 headache at 24 years old, my world shrank into an endless cycle of pain, hospital visits, and uncertainty. It felt like life had pressed pause. But through it all, there was one constant—the unwavering love of a wagging tail and faithful friend - my dog Huxley.
No matter how tough the day, Hux reminded me of something powerful: joy doesn’t have to be big to be real. Sometimes, it’s a warm paw on your lap, a quiet understanding, or a wag that says, "I’m here."
I built Waglane as a tribute to that feeling. A reminder that even in life’s hardest moments, there’s something worth wagging for. Every stitch in our bandanas carries that story—of resilience, of love, and of finding joy in the little things.
Because a wag isn’t just a tail moving. It’s a life well-lived. And that’s something worth celebrating.
