At Waglane, every bandana is custom-fit with care, making each piece unique to your pup. Because of this, we do not accept any returns for any Waglane merchandise.

That said, we want you and your pup to absolutely love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrived damaged, was made incorrectly, or didn’t meet your expectations—please reach out to us at woof@waglaneco.com within 21 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right and ensure you’re happy with your Waglane experience!
